How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter your personal information. All financial and credit card data is captured securely by Stripe, our secure payment provider. At no time does Robert Najlis have access to your personal financial data. The payment transaction is handled entirely by Stripe. The only information we receive from Stripe is the status of your order. When your order has been completed, we immediately deliver to you the products you have purchased. Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Your email information (email address, first name) is stored at the list server that delivers the Robert Najlis newsletters. Your information can only be accessed by those who help manage those lists in order to deliver e-mail content to you. All of the newsletters that are sent to you by Robert Najlis include an unsubscribe link in them. You can remove yourself at any time from our newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link.

How can you access and correct your information?
You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by contacting us at support@robertnajlis.com.

California Online Privacy Protection Act compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent, and you can unsubscribe to our newsletters at any time using the unsubscribe link contained at the bottom of each newsletter.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years of age. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without parental consent, he or she should contact us at support@ robertnajlis.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files.

Media
